If you need to exchange an item, simply return it to us along with your receipt within 14 days of your original purchase. The item must be unopened and in new condition for resale, with original tags still attached.
Keep in mind that certain items are not exchangeable, including specialty personalized items, special orders, inflated balloons, edible goods, sale items, tiaras, wigs, facial hair, hosiery, undergarments, cosmetics, eyelashes, or any items that have been worn, used, or altered. Once inflated balloons leave our store, we cannot be held responsible for any deflation or issues with setup.
All sales of flat balloons are final, with no exchanges or refunds permitted. For any upcoming events, balloon orders, or party rentals, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 15 days prior to the event. In the case of postponement or cancellation of rentals or events, deposits are 100% non-refundable. All rental supplies remain the property of Amy's Party Store. Additionally, all sale items, discounted items, and seasonal items are final sales.
Exchanges need to be in new condition for resale and include a copy of this packing slip. It is important to note that shipping charges are not refundable and that you should choose a carrier that offers package tracking, because lost merchandise is not refundable.
