In order for you to be eligible for a refund, returnable merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of original receipt, unopened, in new condition for resale and include a copy of this packing slip. It is important to note that shipping charges are not refundable and that you should choose a carrier that offers package tracking, because lost merchandise is not refundable.
